The Azzurri Care helpdesk gives you access to highly trained and experienced staff. We provide help and advice for configuration issues, network faults and equipment failure.

Increasingly, we're providing proactive rather than reactive support. We aim to prevent problems and faults by monitoring your network and nipping any issues in the bud.

Support from engineers.

With Azzurri Care you have access to over 200 highly qualified and accredited engineers. Many of your faults and requests can be solved remotely, but sometimes we'll need to visit you. In these cases we'll ensure an engineer reaches you within your Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Support from network operations centres.

Azzurri operates two network operations centres which provide the proactive remote monitoring services offered by Azzurri Care. Increasingly we aim to anticipate problems before your service is affected. When faults do arise, we can settle many of them without sending an engineer to your site.

Escalation management

To meet the terms of your SLA, we have well-defined escalation procedures that ensure the right level of management involvement when problems do occur.

Central management of third party suppliers.

You're faced with an increasingly complex array of voice, data and mobile offerings. You can take advantage of these offerings without the headache of managing multiple relationships. Azzurri brings all your suppliers under one roof and manages them centrally for you.

Online care portal.

Your web-based portal provides you with up-to-date information on all aspects of your support contract, including fault call progress.
