Recent advances in internet protocol (IP) connectivity are proving popular among big firms, with many finding it has revolutionised they way they manage voice communications, an analyst claims. Developments cited by TMCnet include the ability to reduce costs, handle multiple calls simultaneously and make high volumes of cheap international calls using VoIP technology. However, it is important for businesses to adopt an IP telephony system that boasts a number of key features.
