An expert has reiterated the cost savings which can be achieved from deploying IP telephony solutions. Head of operations at TMB Dr Adam Le Gresley revealed his organisation uses VoIP as part of its business communications strategy. Mr Le Gresley explained: "We've seen our costs drops by almost two-thirds as a result of using that system, because they're not terribly expensive to implement." He also pointed to the other advantages of VoIP, listing the group features, round robin calling and the ability to easily set up voicemails. In addition, the expert suggested the solution is useful for those engaging in remote working, as member of the company can easily be linked up through one VoIP network.
