Contact centre expo due to begin
 
Europe's leading exhibition for call and contact centres is set to begin, it has been reported.

Call Centre Expo 2008 will be held on Spetember 16th-17th at Birmingham's National Conference Centre and examine the issues facing the sector, according to Precision Marketing.

More than 300 suppliers will be attending the event, which will also include an educational programme and the opportunity for contact centre professionals to engage in networking.

Among the exhibitions are suppliers offering advice on morale and performance, programmes to boost productivity and a showcase of how homeworking agents carry out their contact centre duties, the news provider reveals.

In addition, the event will be held alongside the Customer Management Expo, which is the UK's only dedicated exhibition and conference focusing on integrated customer management solutions.

The expo will feature speakers from a range of private and public sector organisations, including Sky, Tesco, Oxford Brookes University and HM Revenues & Customs.
