This role is to fulfil the Operations objective of supplying a workforce suitably skilled and equipped to install, design and support Data, VNO & Security products and services supported by Azzurri in the Virtual Network Operator area of the business.You are responsible for the technical delivery of VNO based solutions to our customers. You are expected to meet objectives, deliverables and timescales agreed by Azzurri to include, but not exclusively confined to, the following:
• Quality of Workmanship
• Working within timescales agreed with Operations and Customers
• Adhering to and refining Azzurri’s Best Practice guidelines
• Customer Audits
• Design ratification
• Customer satisfaction
• Complete & Accurate Documentation
• Training, Coaching and Mentoring for Assistant Engineers

Financial
Be aware of potential Sales at customer sites and cost saving opportunities within Azzurri and make structured recommendations to your manager and Sales as appropriate.
Job Accountabilities
• To provide a level of Project Delivery that constantly achieves customer expectations.
• To maintain an efficient and effective approach to all works and fulfil jobs within stated targets
• To be responsible for all works undertaken, including paperwork, Service office and management updates and timely collection and return of stores and equipment.
• Promptly attend sites as and when requested by Implementation Planning department for the purpose of diagnosing and repairing faulty equipment, carrying out Add On Sale work, completing site surveys, installing and maintaining equipment, and commissioning system installations.
• Accurately complete all documentation, soft or hard copy in a timely manner, to include, but not exclusively confined to:
Time Sheets, Diary, Expenses, Site Documentation, Survey and Audit Responses, Customer Acceptance etc.
• Have a quality and professional approach to work at all times
• To escalate complex customer issues and/or problems to your Manager on a timely basis.
• Ensure that safe working practices are adhered to at all times following Group Health and Safety guidelines.
• To work closely with Professional Services to ensure that all implementation projects are delivered on time and within scope to both the customer’s and Azzurri’s satisfaction.
• To act as ‘lead engineer’ where required, taking overall ownership of technical delivery of solutions.
• To work with Azzurri’s best practice guidelines as a minimum guide, to constantly strive to exceed and improve these guidelines.
• To excel in your own specialist area of technical knowledge. To constantly strive to improve your own skills and experience to improve you ability to deliver solutions.
