The main purpose of this role is to assist the sales team in winning contracts for core product solutions by performing consultancy and creating definitive costed designs which meet customer’s requirements and deliver appropriate margins back to Azzurri.
To support the members of the assigned team in their daily work, as required, including; producing and providing oversight for individuals’ training and development.
Working with the Solutions Design Director to ensure that the team achieves its KPI measurements whilst continuing to develop its capabilities.
Planning and assisting with the development of processes that will increase productivity and the overall efficiency of the Solutions Design Team
To provide daily management of the assigned team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving personal and SDT gross margin target; as per agreed bonus plan. GM targets for SD Regional Managers will be pro-rata adjusted down to allow for appropriate time spent on team management. This pro-rata will show an annual adjustment reducing the target by 40%.
• Responsible for ensuring that all members of the team provide monthly forecast information as required.
• Responsible for ensuring that all members of the team provide monthly GM contribution information as required.
• Responsible for accuracy of NAT tracker system for assigned team.
• Responsible for completing a formal face-to-face one-to-one with each member of the team once every three weeks, with written output from each meeting.
