Description Requisite skills
The main purpose of this role is to assist sales teams in winning contracts for Converged Avaya systems by performing consultancy and creating definitive solution designs which meet customer’s requirements and deliver appropriate margins back to Azzurri
Accountabilities for this role include:
• Assist Sales teams in advancing sales opportunities from prospect to working/buying platform, to contracts.
• Produce provisional and or definitive designs for Avaya solutions for Azzurri sales teams which optimise customer satisfaction and Azzurri gross margin.
• Provide consultancy services to establish customer requirements which can be fulfilled by appropriate solutions in the Azzurri portfolio.
• Co-ordinate accurate costing of products, materials, professional & network services to fulfil solutions designs (projects).
• Capture and assimilate 3rd party quotations into definitive designs.
• Participation in tender response for qualified RFP’s.
• Defining customer business requirements and establishing best fit technology to meet.
• Capturing and qualifying existing infrastructure and integration requirements.
• Engaging appropriate technical resources to validate elements of design which are outside core competency.
• Keeping abreast of developments to a working level on all core platforms within Azzurri Avaya portfolio.
