Description Requisite skills
The role of the project co-ordinator is primarily to:
„« Be responsible for ensuring that all Operations Admin for the PMO Team is processed in a timely and efficient manor and in line with the costs attributed to the job and the department targets.
„« Interface between our new/existing Customers & the Project Manager for new installations.
„« Track and control work in progress, maintenance, invoicing and Job Costing
„« Order Telco services on behalf of client and manage through with provider to completion (order detail to be supplied by Client/Account Manager)
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the management of project revenue
Responsible for protecting the gross margin average on all projects.
Responsible for identification of all areas of change control
Responsible for Customer Satisfaction in the area of project delivery
Accountable for protecting the gross margin average on all projects.
Accountable for achieving a customer satisfaction score of at least 3.8 on all projects.
Voluntarily assisting in continuous improvement of the Azzurri project management process

Excellent Customer skills and focus
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills and ability to effectively co-ordinate company projects.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Keyboard, Microsoft Office, PC and E-mail skills and experience
Ability to work under pressure and with time constraints
Excellent eye to detail and accuracy
• Job knowledge
Basic understanding of telecoms and Azzurri products and services
Ability to produce reports and information from database packages
