Description Requisite skills
To form part of a team responsible for the administration of Support Services contracts on a national basis. Working with various departments, to ensure accuracy of contract information, supporting hard files and data within the Service Management System (Kingfisher).
All deliverables to service levels driven either internally or by the end customer.A challenging and developing team role, which seeks to ensure contract accuracy and to influence profitability by capturing key information through investigation and communication with other departments.
