Azzurri Resource Manager (ARM) is Azzurri’s powerful web based asset tracking and wireless expense management software that forms the backbone to its Mobile Managed Service offering. ARM provides powerful asset / end user tracking, spend and usage reports, policy management and cost recovery services to organisations who wish to control and manage telecoms expenditure in they business and recover cost from unauthorised and personal use of the mobile services
The role of the ARM Product Sales Manager is to take responsibility for achievement of ARM quarterly revenue and sales targets, as well as development of the product to maintain market its market leading functionality, in addition to overall responsibility for its operational delivery to our customers.
The Job holder is expected to work closely with the New Business, In-Life Account Management Teams and Sales Support Teams, with a specific focus working with the ARM admin team to ensure the platform is well promoted and supported, the content is up-to date at all times and accurate according to customer data and the achievement of ARM revenue targets whilst ensuring that ARM delivers high levels of added value to the Azzurri proposition
Job Accountabilities
The key accountabilities of the Job Holder are:
• Promote the features, functions and benefits of ARM across the business and customer base
• Achievement of sales targets and accurate forecasting projections
• Training Azzurri sales and customer facing staff
• Creation and presentation of marketing, presentation and pricing collateral to be used to promote the ARM solution
• Support the Sales Teams in a pre-sales capacity
• Drive sales of Personal Number Reporting (PNR) into every user of ARM to drive new and recurring revenues for Azzurri
• Internal and external promotion and marketing of ARM benefits and capabilities
• Ensure that effective management of the ARM admin team delivers the following;
• Collation of monthly call files and customer user data
• Work closely with Billing Analysts to deliver high value and informative management information
