Russ graduated from Nottingham University with a BSc in Exploration Sciences in 1977. He is a long term member of both the Association for Project Management (APM) and the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has held the PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP) certification since 1996.
In his early career, Russ gained over 20 years of experience in project management in the Oil and Gas industry, working on major projects in Europe, the Middle and Far East, and Australia. In 1999 Russ joined PMP, where he became a director responsible for providing specialist project management consulting services to a wide range of customers across many sectors including IT and Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Rail, Energy and Construction.
Russ joined Azzurri in 2006 and, as Projects Director, is responsible for the project delivery capability of the business.
