On-site IP Telephony solutions.

As the name suggests, Azzurri On-site Voice solutions are deployed on your own premises. This is the traditional way of deploying IP Telephony solutions with every solution being ‘designed’ in response to bespoke requirements.  On-site Voice solutions are owned and managed by you, or owned by you and managed by Azzurri.

With an On-site Voice solution, you have access to a range of IP Telephony providers including Cisco, Avaya and Mitel, giving you complete control over the technology and standards to be used. This control also allows our network architects to tightly integrate the IP Telephony platform with back-end systems such as databases and CRM, accounting and resource planning applications.

Azzurri can manage On-site Voice solutions through a support contract, with the hardware (owned by you) residing on your premises.

On-site Voice solutions are often suitable for organisations that have:

  • A desire to retain complete control of their communications infrastructure
  • A depth of internal IT resource that allows the system and services to be supported in-house
  • All employees housed within a single building
  • Specific, bespoke requirements such as integration into back-end systems.
